On-Premise Sales Manager 
Position Summary:
INTRODUCED, SOLD & INSTALLED! That's how we define a successful sale! The On-premise Sales
Representative demonstrates Roaring Lion's significant value and quality proposition vs. Red Bull to
the client, closes the sale, and follows through until Roaring Lion gets “hooked-up” or installed on the
premises. A sale is complete only upon installation. The successful representative continues to
execute bar promotions to reinforce and ensure brand awareness and account support. The On-premise
Sales Representative drives our revenue success and their personal prosperity by maximising
and maintaining installations throughout their sales territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect and secure appointments to introduce Roaring Lion to new accounts.
- Demonstrate the value and quality of our product over Red Bull (incredibly convenient, efficient, profitable, with that authentic taste and energy lift!).
- Obtain a signed purchase order for the distributor.
- Deliver outstanding service to our account during the installation cycle, including an accountanalysis as a preparation for the installation. Make sure the new Roaring Lion
client understandshow and when the installation process will be handled.
- Co-ordinate the purchase order process with the distributor, as well as the appointment to install the first bag of Roaring Lion at the client's premises.
- FOLLOW-UP and FOLLOW-TROUGH to make sure your accounts are satisfied with our product and service, that they are well stocked and re-ordering regularly, and that Roaring Lion Energy
Drink® maintains high brand awareness and support from the account.
Qualifications and Experience:

- 2 years of on-premise beverage or food sales experience
- Knowledge of the local market and developed account relationships
- High energy, integrity, and enthusiasm; outgoing and friendly
- Aggressive, dependable, imaginative, and self-generating
- Current driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge including use of Excel and Internet
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Compensation:
- Base salary depending upon experience
- Incentive plan
